SENIOR MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCES Member and Operations Manager – Caroline Mack Caroline Mack is the Operations Manager of Staffing Direct and is responsible for the overall management of the organization. She has 15 years management experience of which 7.5 years has been dedicated to Recruitment.
Caroline Mack’s numerous awards:- The “Emergent Marketer Award” from IMM in 1995; “Outstanding Business Achievement Award” from the National Association of Women Business Owners; “Sanlam Business Woman of the Year Award” in 1996 & “Entrepreneur of the Year” – 2008 from the Business Women’s Association
Member and Assistant Operations Manager – Michelle Marais Michelle Marais is a Member and the Assistant Operations Manager for Staffing Direct. She is responsible for effectively growing the market share within Namibia, and contributing to the overall strategic direction of Staffing Direct. Michelle has attained a Marketing Management Diploma, as well as, qualifications in Human Resources and Industrial Relations. She has 10 years training, supervisory and consulting experience of which 4 years was dedicated to the financial services industry and 7 years to the recruitment industry.
Operations Manager JHB - Debbie Meyer Debbie spent 4 years working in the financial sector as HR Mentor and Training Co-ordinator. This enabled her to search for previously disadvantaged candidates with a desire to learn programming. A further 7 years was spent working for a large recruitment company as a Mentorship Manager & Client Development Manager.
Her main priority was building the relationship between the clients and ensuring a clear understanding of her clients business as well as the type of output they expected from her call centre agents. She had to identify new business opportunities to increase client revenue, formulate & develop action plans to ensure achievement of new business growth.
Debbie had to establish & maintain key account business relationships particularly with Senior Client Management and identify trends and analyse the needs of existing clients to provide a truly value added service.
Procurement
Staffing Direct believes strongly in the development of other woman owned organizations, micro organizations as well as other BEE organizations. We understand the importance of this element of the scorecard and aim to ensure as an organization we contribute as far as possible to assist others in achieving organizational success to enhance and improve our economy.
Social development
The leadership of Staffing Direct believes firmly in the development of staff through education and the importance of skills development in retaining and growing staff for the benefit of the individual, the organization and our clients. We have implemented a bursary structure that provides R5000.00 study bursary to staff members after their first year in the employ of Staffing Direct.
