Our recruitment consultants do not cold call or visit clients personally as this falls under the responsibility of the Operations Manager and Business Development Manager.
Each consultant concentrates on a 100% match to client specifications and ensures that candidates are carefully screened. Our entire team meets daily to discuss job specifications received and information is shared regarding the availability of interviewed candidates and any additional information that would assist in securing the best candidates.
Consultants are trained to conduct effective competency based interviews. The philosophy of Staffing Direct is to provide an excellent service all-round and as such our interviews are in-depth.
Turnaround time for submitting CVs to the client is 3-5 working days from the date of the job specification.
The client can be assured that we only submit CVs that are 100% matched to the job specification and that all policies and procedures are followed stringently. We provide a thoroughly screened shortlist to the client (maximum of 3 CVs) of candidates that we believe fit the job specification best.
We provide feedback throughout the process and also assist clients who operate on an online recruitment system.
