TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT SERVICES Staffing Direct has taken a different approach to training. We are creating Learning pathways and organisation plans for the Corporate and Individual. The national qualifications framework makes it possible for individuals to access learning in flexible and innovative ways. Together with the skills development act, employed individuals can take advantage of this flexibility to acquire accredited and credentialed qualifications.
This can overlap significantly with companies strategic objectives through guiding employees onto a Learning Pathway. The central issue is to focus the company and the individual on this win-win scenario.
This scenario serves both individual employees, who have particular learning and career goals, and the organisations strategic vision, goals and objectives. Staffing Direct’s vision is to service and develop this win-win scenario through optimising the learning for both the company and the employee. The employee is guided onto a personalised learning pathway that intersects with the broader organisational plans of the company. The employee is hereby able to acquire a formal qualification. The company is served through a more skilled and effective workforce ready to take on the challenges of an ever-changing market-place.
LEARNING PATHWAYS Example: A Senior Administrative Officer at a large organization in the services sector wants to get a qualification in Business Administration. These are the steps the delegate would need to follow in order to achieve the desired qualification.

TRAINING FACILITIES The Training Division has facilities located in the Cape Town CBD and in the Bellville area. Our facility in the Cape Town City Centre includes 1 fully equipped training room which seat 20-30 participants and 1 Executive Boardroom which seat up to 15. Through our partnership with the Cape Peninsula University of Technology, we present our Computer Training Courses in a state-of-the-art IT Centre in Bellville. We can also accommodate workshops for up 50 participants at the Bellville site. Onsite training can be arranged on client requests.
ACCREDITED & SOFT SKILLS PROGRAMMMES All the skills programs offered are NQF aligned, resulting in a formal NQF qualification. In addition to skills programs we also offer courses designed specifically for our clients. The qualifications are recognized by the South African Qualifications Authority and SETA. Staffing Direct’s training division is accredited by the Services SETA (no. 2335)
TRAINING FACILITATORS All facilitators are training professionals with direct industry experience. They each bring at least 5 years of training and development expertise to the skills programs.
